Our Body Coaches will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients, and other services according to additional certifications/skills such as exercise science and personal training. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Have reputed company clients and customers meet their goals Put customers at the center of your orbit Personalize our client's experiences Provide excellent communication Go above and reputed company for your customer Consistently displays The Company?s Core Values Treating others like family Honesty Respect Serving others with enthusiasm Teamwork Maintains the cleanliness of the facility Contact new leads to schedule Maintains reputed company necessary certifications Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Build Stretchplex membership and retain reputed company clientele through sales Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretchplex policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Reports to Studio Manager Qualifications: Love of boutique wellness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility Preferred background: Personal / Athletic Trainer Physical Therapist Assistant Massage Therapist Pilates or Yoga Instructor And/or applied science degree (Exercise science, strength and conditioning, etc...)
