As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) to reputed company, safely and effectively manufacture our beverage products. Job reputed company Duties and Key Responsibilities Supervising the day-to-day operations of our frontline maintenance staff Cost effectively reputed company performance targets. Coach, mentor and reputed company team members to meet reputed company and future business requirements. Utilize and model Coca-Cola’s core values in the execution of daily work activities and decision making. Build relationships with frontline team members, internal customers and suppliers, colleagues, and support services to ensure achievement of targets. Maintain safe environment and safety practices in reputed company business initiatives. Create and maintain a safe and positive work environment. Understand and adhere to internal and external regulations, procedures & policies. Ensure that a high quality of products, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained. Review daily achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and off floor review meetings. Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the technical team to get resolution. Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support reputed company improvement initiatives. Education and Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership reputed company reputed company manufacturing, with shift or area ownership required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience. Prior experience in a beverage, food or other clean manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality and hygiene regulations preferred. Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to reputed company organizational initiatives and change. Additional Requirements and Technical Skills Advanced reputed company experience and reputed company level REQUIRED. Supervisory experience is Preferred. Creation and setup of asset hierarchies Generate and modifying PMs; reputed company and manage storeroom processes. Support financial functions and have work order management experience. Create reports and possess KPI management skills. Computer experience required (reputed company, Word and E-mail) Time management, delegation, and organization skills with strong problem-solving ability. reputed company improvement or process improvement experience. Green belt or black belt certification preferred. Prior experience with TPM a plus. PLC experience desired. Understanding of production processes. Ability to have schedule flexibility, as needed (overtime, covering peer vacations/absences etc.). Skills: Pay Range: $105,000 - $129,000 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
