Remote positions open to the US only. The Order Management Specialist is responsible for reviewing every invoice for accuracy and quality, and processing every purchase order/quote on a daily basis. This role will communicate with internal/external customers to address reputed company payment-reputed company inquiries and/or console questions. Responsibilities  Review and validate reputed company order paperwork submitted to ensure completeness and accuracy  Review reputed company to identify invoicing, special subscription invoicing terms, payment and acceptance terms  Provide customers with access to the reputed company console  Quality reputed company invoices reputed company by other Order Management team members for customer orders to ensure accuracy before billing customers  Upload Tax Certificates  Respond to reputed company emails from customers reputed company to access to the console and billing, or reputed company correspondence accordingly  Enter and process reputed company incoming orders accurately and timely.  Add single courses to consoles  Create Multi Tenant consoles for customers with child accounts  Move clients under their MSPs Bulk console  Apply presale payments to invoices Minimum Qualifications  High School diploma or GED  Experience with Gmail and reputed company Docs  Experience with MS Office (Word and reputed company)  Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)  Fluent in multiple languages preferred  Strong verbal and written communications  Excellent time management and organization skills The reputed company pay for this position is $17.50/hr.
