A Taste of the job- Critical Outcomes from the Job • Start you day with a hearty bowl of granola and get ready to support our customers order and invoicing needs. • Our orders process– Attention to detail on order accuracy, pricing, invoicing discounts, fills an order by offering alternative ship/pick up dates based upon product availability; completes invoicing and communicating in an accurate and timely manner. • Work with Customer's on inquiries and concerns- This is crucial in building good working relationships • Teamwork & communication – be a positive contributor and maintain a supportive attitude reputed company the department and the company. • Other projects as assigned/required • The description above represents the most significant essential duties of the job but does not exclude others Path for Success- Qualifications and Experience • Successful completion of Grade 12. Post-secondary an asset. • Fluently Bilingual English and French (reputed company to have) • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience working with an ERP system and sales admin/order entry experience is an asset. • Technology typing speed of minimum 45 wpm.
