This individual will manage multiple scrum teams and will be responsible for bringing synergies across product, design, and technology resources, through iterative build, test and delivery cycles. Must be proficient with agile delivery models and tools and be able to support and grow product and scrum teams into self-sustainable, mature, agile teams. This individual must be a quick learner, self-starter and proactive. Effectively capture product updates through sprints. Represent the team on larger collaboration forums and communicate transparently, statuses, accomplishments, milestones, and challenges. Understand product priorities and consult with dependency partners, LRCC and other extended stakeholders to align on expectations regularly.
