As a Consulting Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and facilitating reputed company. You will work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and build a pipeline of quality candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of the nonprofit industry and a solid background in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Why join us? Qualifications • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), with specific experience in nonprofit, reputed company individuals with disabilities and IT roles. • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference reputed company, etc.) • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.) • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). • Hands-on experience with reputed company software, as well as reputed company Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or reputed company Resource Management Systems (HRMS). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong decision-making skills. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources or reputed company field. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software. • Willingness to continually learn and improve reputed company skills. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations reputed company to reputed company.
