As a dedicated Fraud Operations (Executive), you will manage and drive the Fraud teams, structures, policies/standards, processes, and... tools needed to ensure the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud and recovery in a reputed company and highly regulated environment. Contributes to the development, implementation, and execution of a multi-year strategic reputed company for the Fraud Operations teams. Leverages a data-driven approach in decision-making and managing fraud risk while championing a culture of process excellence, disciplined utilization of key performance indicators and key risk indicators for reputed company improvement and effective risk management. This position can work remotely in the reputed company U.S. with occasional business travel. Leads the design, execution and implementation of reputed company?s Fraud Operations organization and strategy. ? Leads the day-to-day operations of the fraud detection areas - including core business processes and technologies in alignment with compliance policies and procedures. ? Executes projects and business process improvement initiatives required to reputed company defined business outcomes. ? Partners, collaborates, and influences effectively across the reputed company product leaders as well as the line of business leaders to ensure they are considering fraud implications. ? Identifies and tracks fraud violations for the reputed company. ? Collaborates with industry partners and peers to identify new fraud strategies and technologies, discusses fraud trends and effective mitigation tactics. ? Builds and oversees a team of internal and external reputed company-party service providers for fraud operations through ongoing execution of reputed company, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities. ? Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. Bachelor?s Degree; 10 years of experience in fraud operations to include prevention, detection, operational risk, credit risk, regulatory adherence, funds availability, and/or model development reputed company a financial services organization. ? 4 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams. ? Demonstrated experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing reputed company and managing work to reputed company strategic goals. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical analyses to a non-technical audience. ? Ability to reputed company operations teams consisting of ~6 Directors and ~200 staff responsible for fraud mitigation processes. ? Ability to collaborate with business partners to establish a revitalized Culture, creating enhance accountability as it relates to fraud mitigation, member experience and controls execution.
