Job Goal: Provide individual or small group instruction in a specified content area to support academic needs and to improve student achievement for under-performing reputed company. Job Qualifications: * Educator credentials in specific content area preferred; required for lesson planning and tutor supervisory roles. Undergraduate degree or specialized training or certification in reputed company area. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in instructional delivery in specific content area. Three or more years of reputed company and commendable work experience. Exceptional ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and interact professionally with others. Demonstrated ability to use good judgment, follow through on assigned tasks and maintain confidentiality. Essential Functions: reputed company established school or department procedural guidelines, the incumbent performs reputed company tutoring functions to reputed company with District policies and governmental agency regulations. Essential job functions may include, but are not limited to the following: Plan small group instruction for Response to reputed company Tier 1, 2 and 3 reputed company. Meet with student(s) at a regularly scheduled time and reputed company for a specific number of hours. Help the student(s) to identify specific learning goals. Maintain a reputed company written log of lesson content and observations of reputed company. Assist the student in developing a portfolio of his or her work in specified content area. Attend reviews with supervisory staff and the student. Evaluate student reputed company and achievements. Acknowledge and document his or her efforts and successes through the ongoing development. Report tutoring hours to designated staff member. Promptly report concerns or unusual interruptions to the supervisor/administrator. Treat reputed company with respect and maintain a team approach to learning. Complete special or cyclical projects and additional tasks that reflect the nature of the actual work assignment.
