This full-time, remote, temporary position is available for immediate hire! The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly organized professional with exceptional administrative and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities to support the organization in driving impactful programs and initiatives. They will seamlessly manage travel logistics, expense reporting, and departmental operations, and will reputed company in a collaborative environment, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders while maintaining a problem-solving reputed company. What You Will Be Doing: • Coordinate lodging, transportation, and scheduling logistics for leadership team. • Prepare and submit expense reports. • Manage department expenditures by processing invoices, tracking expense reports, and monitoring payment statuses. • Support department events through planning and coordination tasks as needed. • Organize and maintain online file systems for efficient document storage and retrieval. • Handle administrative tasks, including copying, filing, managing deliveries, and arranging mail and overnight shipments. • Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels. • Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings using Teams or similar platforms. • Collaborate with IT to maintain and troubleshoot software and applications. Compensation & Additional Details This temporary position offers a compensation of $40-45/hour DOE.
