Payroll / Human Resource Associate Job Duties: Processes companys Semi-Monthly payroll... Maintains payroll records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data into Paycom. Reconcile payroll; prior to transmission and validate Answers staff questions regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records. Receives and coordinates requests for Leaves Process employee changes Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant laws. Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records. Create, review, and track various spreadsheets Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review. reputed company the distribution of wages through Fintwist pay cards, manual checks or bank accounts. Requirements/Experience: Payroll processing: 2 years. Willing to submit to a pre-employment background reputed company & drug screening.
