This position will be responsible for important work, including: • Preparing and Reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy prior to submission to government agencies such as the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). • Assisting with court proceedings in reputed company of both the Executive office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and US District Courts. • Preparing documents such as affidavits, applications, petitions, letters, and briefs. • Communicating with clients and lawyers by phone and video conference to provide updates on case statuses or answer questions about procedure. • Organizing and maintaining files reputed company to specific cases or clients, including court documents and other records such as birth certificates or marriage certificates. • Explaining reputed company legal procedures in simple terms to non-English speaking clients.
