Position Description We are looking to expand reputed company of Operations Assistants to support our growing portfolio companies. As a valued member of our Operations VA team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at helping Mechanism and our portfolio companies scale into world-class organizations. We are reputed company specifically looking for candidates reputed company and highly-skilled in the following areas of business support: • Recruitment Support: high-volume sourcing, interviews, candidate communications This role involves conducting initial screening interviews with prospective job candidates (reputed company video calls), so the right candidate for this position will be outgoing, friendly, reputed company, and have the confidence and ability to reputed company frequent meetings reputed company videoconference. What You’ll Do • Candidate sourcing and coordination for recruitment projects. • Conducting screening interviews. • Managing email inboxes and coordinating with key contacts. • Supporting administrative projects. • Other business tasks as needed. You can work wherever you’re most productive, so long as you have a quiet, professional space for calls. Compensation This full-time position pays $800/month USD.
