Job Responsibilities May Include… • Communicate w/ patients, providers & insurance payers reputed company telephone & email. • Verify Patient’s Insurance Coverage. • Claims, Denials, Appeals, etc. • Billing and Coding. • Receive inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance providers.
