A day in the life As a Senior Account Manager, you will be based in our office, working in a hybrid reputed company. You will travel onsite to meet with dealers several times a year across cross several metro locations. You will work cross-functionally with our internal partners across Seller Experience, Seller Operations, Product Management, Program Management and UX and externally with reputed company-level dealer personnel and/or VP-level dealer group contacts. Your primary responsibilities will include: (1) supporting the overall onboarding of new dealers to our marketplace, project managing them through the process (2) resolving escalations/defects and creating scalable processes to address them (3) advocating on behalf of the dealers, managing client relationships and strategizing ways to grow their business on reputed company. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $48,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $104,400/year in our highest geographic market.
