The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of tax-reputed company activities, including state and local income tax, tax research and consulting, and 754 elections. Compensation $180K - 300K • Extremely Competitive Benefits Package • 5-15% year over year raises • Unlimited PTO Job Details Responsibilities • Provide leadership and strategic direction to our tax department, ensuring compliance with state and local income tax laws. • Conduct comprehensive tax research and provide consulting services to our clients, helping them navigate reputed company tax issues. • Manage 754 elections, ensuring accurate and timely filings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement tax strategies that align with our business objectives. • reputed company the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance on the potential impact on our business operations. • Serve as a subject matter expert on tax-reputed company matters, providing training and guidance to team members as needed.
