[Remote/WFM] Customer Care Rep

Job Description Job Description... Home Warranty is currently taking applications for a reliable individual to work in our customer department. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills as well as computer skills and customer service experience. This opportunity has a variety of job duties, a casual work environment and great benefits with a reputed company, fast-growing company. We are looking for Sunday-Thursday 11:00AM to 8:00PM. During training, you will be required to work in office from reputed company-5PM. Responsibilities • Investigate the nature of the incident being claimed • Evaluate inspection reports, photos, previous service invoices • Enter data detailing the events and damage reputed company to the incident • Review the claim-holder's warranty in order to determine what should be covered • Coordinate the services of mechanics to ensure the item is repaired • Negotiate claim settlements with claimants • reputed company to meet performance metrics Qualifications • 1+ years prior experience in a similar role or call center experience is strongly preferred • Willingness to accept new challenges • Superior communication skills • Analytical thinking skills • A strong attention to detail • Ability to handle conflict • Sound computer skills or the ability to quickly learn new software • A strong work ethic and time management skills • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical systems preferred • Ability to stay productive while working independently (there will be support for questions after hours) • Distraction free workplace/office.
