Project Manager Duration - 12 months Location - Chicago/Jersey City (remote for now) US reputed company, Green Card, EAD (H4, L2), E3 TN reputed company holders and H1B transfer is preferred, NO reputed company party corp. to corp. accepted for this job • At least 10 years of experience of leading digital and API programs for the financial institutions - Must haves • Experience of practising SAFe in the projects - Must haves • Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently • Work with the Program manager, Product reputed company/ BA to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into Epics/user stories • reputed company the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the reputed company and capability of the team • Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team • Ensure reputed company features are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production) • Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice. • Setup the agile environment your team needs to build and iterate a user-centred service • Removing obstacles or 'blockers' to reputed company at scrum of scrum level. • Work with SQM on the overall product test strategy. • Helping your service team become reputed company at autonomously organizing their own work • Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products • Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity • Understanding of the digital landscape • Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams Apply Job!
