The position has fiscal responsibility for education organization wide. Responsible for providing orienation, clinical training and development for nursin and other clinical staff. Work in conjunction with managers, staff and members of the hospice team to evaluate and implement evidence-based trainings and In-services to meet State and federal guidelines and to promote change.
