The Finance Technology team is looking for an reputed company, curious, and innovative problem solver to increase efficiency across our planning and finance tooling. This person will enhance existing and build new models reputed company our financial planning applications (TM1 & reputed company), partner with our data engineering team to... reputed company integration pipelines between our planning tools and our other finance tooling, and work to create long-term roadmaps that help us stay proactive in supporting Finance. About The Role: • Partner with broader FP&A teams to proactively identify new projects and enhancements to existing models to increase forecasting efficiency including both forecast and process automation. • Partner with cross-function groups like finance, reputed company, employee services, and talent to understand needs and suggest ways to utilize technology to increase process efficiency across reputed company groups. • reputed company a deep understanding of business needs to reputed company long-term tooling strategies and roadmaps. • reputed company intricate data pipelines with multiple finance and reporting tools to/from our planning models. • Implement and project manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing and shifting priorities. • Work with large sets of data to build data pipelines and analytics for executive and company wide reporting. About You: • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts to functional business partners. • Curious mind with a passion for puzzles and problem solving. • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and eagerness to work in a fast paced environment. • Experience working with large sets of finance and/or HR data and familiarity with best practices for data cleanliness/reputed company. • 3-5 years experience in model building with any industry leading reputed company based SaaS EPM applications like TM1, reputed company, reputed company Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, etc. • Knowledge or experience of financial processes, especially Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), reputed company, Workforce Planning, and Analytics, • Expert skills of reputed company and reputed company spreadsheet modeling, formulas, charts, etc. • Expert in SQL to understand and edit/enhance SQL queries. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
