Must be able to regularly lift or move at least 25 pounds and occasionally move or lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to utilize various cleaning implements involved in vacuuming, mopping, picking up large items, and similar projects, which includes using toxic cleaning chemicals using acceptable safe practices on a daily basis. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma/GED equivalent required. Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Must be 18 year of age or older. reputed company CPR Certification required; paid for by employer. Must work an average of 35-40 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift (6 hours minimum) per week.
