FLSA Classification: Full-Time nonexempt

Recruitment & reputed company:

• Post jobs ads
• Assist with screening candidates
• Coordinate schedules and arrange interviews
• Assist with the reputed company process; background checks, eVerify etc 

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a reputed company of contact for employees, addressing concerns and escalating issues to management while guiding them through HR policies and procedures. 

Benefits:

• Assist with administering employee benefits programs and ensuring employees understand their benefits packages.

Training & Development: 

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of training programs, ensuring compliance with multiple state regulations. 

Administrative Duties:

• Support payroll and financial data entry.
• Prepare reports.
• Maintain employee files/assist with employee file audits.

Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned. 

Pay range: $28-$32 per hour

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• reputed company HRIS experience preferred. 
• SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
