Job Description

The DevOps Engineer III is part of the Global DevOps and SRE team. The DevOps Engineer III works in a multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS using technologies such as reputed company, reputed company Actions, Kubernetes/EKS, Serverless, reputed company/Looker, IaC, and Cloud reputed company. As an individual contributor, the DevOps Engineer reports to the DevOps manager and collaborates with other teams to implement DevOps best practices. This role is critical in PriceSpider DevOps and Cloud transformation journey, building sustainable tools and procedures for efficient software development and deployment. 

Essential Function & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient AWS infrastructure using Terraform. 
• Design and implement reputed company Integration/reputed company Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using reputed company and reputed company Actions. 
• Ensure reputed company best practices are implemented and maintained across the infrastructure. 
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks and requests to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts. 
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to share knowledge and skills. 
• Conduct cost reviews of existing cloud resources and assess opportunities to optimize costs and infrastructure footprint. 
• Plan and execute initiatives to upgrade and scale systems, improving reputed company, availability, reliability, and performance. 
• Provide operational support for reputed company environments, including participation in a rotating On-Call schedule. 

Minimum Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience working with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, and Azure 
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with container orchestration, performance tuning, and optimization using reputed company and Kubernetes in multi-cloud production environments 
• Expertise in designing and implementing reputed company and compliance best practices across reputed company aspects of a global cloud infrastructure, including CICD, reputed company, VPCs, Kubernetes/EKS, RDBMS/RDS, reputed company/ElastiCache, S3, and other relevant technologies. 
• Proficiency in writing administrative scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages 
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills using observability tools such as reputed company, ELK (ElasticSearch, LogStash, Grafana), Prometheus, and others in reputed company cloud-based environments. 
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, containerization technologies like reputed company, Kubernetes/EKS, secrets management, Git (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Actions), and AWS services and technologies. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location

We are hiring for this position in US. Remote work allowed. This is a remote position.

Compensation

The reputed company salary for this role is $100,000 - $140,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on reputed company market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
