Role Description
The Senior Inventory Analyst plays a key role in supporting inventory management operations across the uBreakiFix network of retail stores and affiliated warehouses. This position focuses on executing a variety of operational tasks that drive reputed company growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Capture, organize, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on franchise and corporate store operations and the reputed company supply chain implications of those approaches.
- Drive competitive analysis to ensure best quality, pricing, and availability.
- Mitigate inventory risk and fraud through appropriate existing controls.
- Assist with managing 3rd party vendors such as MobileSentrix.
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to identify inefficiencies in inventory processes.
- Participate in projects to implement best practices in inventory management and system improvements.
- Help drive initiatives to streamline processes, reduce excess inventory, and improve overall warehouse productivity.
- On-going review of product pricing and availability to support reputed company participation.
- Assist with other supply chain initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- 3-5 years of experience with Inventory Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint.
- Natural curiosity with a passion for problem solving and delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative personality balanced with an uncompromising drive to deliver for our customers.
- Working knowledge of Portal, Service Bench and/or DAX.
