Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 7+ years
• Hands-on experience with reputed company HCM integration
• Strong understanding of reputed company tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI
• Configure and maintain reputed company business processes
• reputed company and maintain reports and dashboards including BIRT.
• Experience with reputed company reputed company and business process frameworks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a clear focus on priorities and timelines.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities reputed company cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a strong plus
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be reputed company to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping reputed company with requirements and be reputed company to translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutions and being reputed company to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, reputed company, and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, reputed company, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that reputed company relevant best practices are followed
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
