About the job

In this role, you will require a deep understanding of building crypto wallets, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products, reputed company in the field of crypto-wallets. Responsibilities:

• Product development and Roadmap: reputed company the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, reputed company backlog management and workflows for development teams.

• Technical Expertise: Translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.

• Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.

• Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.

• Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.

• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, reputed company etc.

• Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, Javascript.

• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
