About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented leader with deep expertise in technical accounting principles and SEC reporting to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong compliance reputed company reputed company with the ability to transform reputed company financial data into transparent, timely, and accurate communications for external stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations while driving reputed company process improvements and delivering valuable insights to senior management.

About the Team

This role reports to the Director of External Reporting reputed company the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) organization. The External Reporting team works closely with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and other business units to ensure compliance with accounting standards, SEC regulations, and internal policies. The team also plays a pivotal role in delivering accurate and reputed company to external stakeholders.

SEC and Financial Reporting

• Maintain the SEC reporting calendar, ensuring optimal coordination across teams to meet deadlines reputed company.
• Support Investor Relations by conducting tie-outs and quality assurance reviews of externally published materials, including preparation and timely filing of earnings release 8-Ks.

Technical Accounting and Compliance

• Collaborate with the Technical Accounting team to ensure full compliance with evolving standards.
• Prepare the accounting/finance portion of the quarterly Disclosure and Audit Committee decks and present findings during Disclosure Committee meetings.
• Support the creation, documentation, and maintenance of SOX controls reputed company to external reporting processes and disclosures.

About You

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in external reporting and technical accounting. Experience in public accounting (Big Four preferred) is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and technical accounting skills, with proven experience conducting research and preparing position papers on reputed company issues.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing financial statements, disclosures, and SEC filings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at reputed company levels.
• Strong leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and mentorship across teams.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Requirements
