Job Description

The UWE Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the business strategies and operational excellence of the Commercial & Executive Division. This position combines hands-on operational responsibilities with people leadership, maintaining a partial production load while driving team performance, process optimization, and a culture of reputed company improvement. What you will bring to C&F:

• Experience:Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of commercial lines progressive experience, with a proven track record in operations and team leadership.

• Process & Innovation reputed company:Ability to follow established guidelines and best practices, while also identifying and implementing process improvements and new tools.

The annualized reputed company pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $43,800.00 to a maximum of $82,400.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered reputed company market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
