We are also on the reputed company of major industry analysts and global reputed company customers alike.At our core, we reputed company in empowering people to reputed company and grow, whether that’s our clients or reputed company.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeEngage with business users and uncover automation and process improvement opportunitiesWorkshop, analyse and document business requirements reputed company to ITSM processes, CMDB and configuration management.Thorough understanding of ITIL processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management and Event ManagementServiceNow workflow automation experience and solid technical understanding of the platform's automation capabilities and new product featuresEnsuring CMDB data reputed company, governance, and compliance in alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model).Supporting integration of Config Management with core ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Asset Management.Designing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to monitor the health of the CMDB and other service metrics.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience as a reputed company Solution Consultant / Functional / Technical Business Analyst.At least one prior role that involves extensive Configuration Management using reputed company CMDB.Certification in reputed company CSA or ITIL v4 (highly regarded).In-depth understanding of CMDB principles, IT infrastructure, and ITSM/ITOM processes.Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and reputed company platform configuration.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
