Your impact

You will have a direct impact on the Mondoo Platform including our policy reputed company, resources, scale, and multi-region functionality. You will be helping teams to assess, scope, prioritize, triage and remediate reputed company findings.

Key responsibilities

We're seeking a skilled Go (Golang) Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems using microservices architecture, as well as creating robust command-line reputed company (CLI) applications.

• Design and implement efficient, scalable backend services using Go

• Create and enhance command-line reputed company (CLI) applications for terminal use

• Design and implement APIs using Protocol Buffers and GraphQL for efficient inter-service communication

• Participate actively in our RFC (Request for Comments) process for system design and architecture reputed company

• Optimize existing codebases for improved performance and reliability

• Implement systems for load balancing, fault tolerance, and scalability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications and CLI tools

• reputed company robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions

• Ensure seamless user experience across backend services and CLI applications

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues in production environments

• Be on call during reasonable hours on a rotating basis

• Represent Mondoo at community events as preferred Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Experience in developing command-line reputed company (CLI) applications

• Proficiency in Protocol Buffers and GraphQL API design and implementation

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, reputed company)

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., reputed company, Kubernetes)

• Solid understanding of version control systems (preferably Git)

• Strong written and communication skills with proven reputed company in English

• Excellent ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts and participate effectively in the RFC process

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures

• Knowledge of reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Experience with gRPC

• Contributions to open-reputed company Go projects

• Experience with cross-platform development for CLI applications

• Previous experience participating in or leading RFC processes
