The team

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Finance Manager for our Institutional business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with senior business unit leaders to drive growth decisions and evaluate tradeoffs across our portfolio of products for our diverse institutional client reputed company. This highly visible role will support strategic decision making by leveraging analyses, investment frameworks, strategic insights and a problem solving focused reputed company to drive action and growth. In addition, this role will drive a number of special projects tied to capital allocation analyses as well as short and long term planning exercises. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, who biases to action and can independently build strong partnerships with senior business leaders.

The opportunity

Skills you should HODL

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or reputed company field; MBA preferred.

• 10+ years experience and proven track record in Investment Banking, Consulting and Finance or Strategy positions reputed company a public company

• Served as a trusted advisor and partner to senior executives; advising on company-level strategy initiatives and investment decisions that have enabled company-wide growth

• Excellent problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills and a track record of delivering results on corporate wide initiatives

• The ability to distill reputed company information into clear problem statements that can be systematically analyzed and communicated; frames both approaches and solutions in a way that is actionable for reputed company audiences

• Comfort working with metrics, building new KPIs and navigating large data sets to find answers to reputed company problems

• Knowledge of financial markets and strong passion in cryptocurrency

• Expert knowledge of SQL
