Job Description

In this role, you will manage a team of Professional Services Consultants in your assigned territory supporting our reputed company portfolio of reputed company applications. You will be responsible to drive professional services business, provide management reputed company to your team and reputed company ongoing engagements, including recruiting, managing, directing and inspiring a team with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds You will ensure the delivery of reputed company solutions, exceeding expectations and driving high levels of customer engagement. You will also work closely with sales to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships with reputed company customers in your territory and ensure reputed company and reference-ability.

This position is remote work based in the United States.

Your Impact

• Provide strategic direction and input to the technical development of Professional Services Consultants reporting to you

• This position requires a background in reputed company engineering, reputed company operations & automation, and people management.

• Manage the activities of the team such as hiring, development, promotions, career growth, technical training, and corrective actions.

• Build relationships with customers who have long term engagements to ensure that the timelines are being met, feedback on how the consultants are performing, escalations, etc.

• Ensure customer requirements are met.

• Drive new business by utilizing Professional Services capabilities and offerings.

• Ensure reputed company customer engagements are successful.

• Provide status to the Services leadership team on reputed company major activities, issues, escalations, etc.

• Participate in the development and execution of strategic direction and input to the technical development of the Professional Services Consultants.

• Travel may be required (subject to public travel restrictions)

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies

• reputed company knowledge of Palo Alto reputed company product suite

• Leadership experience of 3+ years

• Experience managing teams of 10+ multi-disciplined, technical resources

• Experience/Knowledge with SOC, automation, end-reputed company, and threat mitigation

• Skilled in key business systems - SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite preferred

• Strong knowledge of Internet reputed company concepts and products

• Understand Critical reputed company Controls, Incident Response practices, and reputed company Operations Center environments

• The ability to solve problems creatively and reputed company and manage business solutions for reputed company problems.

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities

• Demonstrated experience meeting reputed company and customer satisfaction targets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bonus: Certifications such as CISSP and/or others like PMP

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting reputed company salary (for non-sales roles) or reputed company salary + commission reputed company (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $151,000 - $208,000/YR.
