ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company the DevSecOps function at reputed company. In this role, you will help the team and reputed company scale up to the next level of growth. reputed company has built an incredible DevSecOps team staffed with creative, collaborative people. The DevSecOps team is responsible for our cloud infrastructure, reputed company, reliability, deployment pipelines, and the operation of our on-call rotations.

We are currently planning large platform initiatives to support reputed company in its next stage of growth. In leading this team, you will be a key player in these initiatives, working closely with our Engineering Leadership and Platform development teams to shape the future of engineering at reputed company.

What you’ll be working on

• Leading a team managing a modern, production-grade infrastructure stack

• Collaborating with leadership roles across our engineering organization to support DevSecOps best practices and to reputed company reputed company teams to own their own infrastructure.

• Facilitating planning, prioritization, and critical reviews for DevOps, SecOps, and SRE backlogs.

• Enabling strong cross-functional collaboration with Development, Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure platform reliability and developer productivity.

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of DevOps, reputed company, or DevSecOps experience, shipping and supporting enterprise grade software in AWS including 3+ years of management.

• Proven experience managing engineers and developing leadership reputed company a high-performing team.

• Strong technical expertise, including:

  • Scaling SaaS platforms on AWS.

  • Securing Kubernetes workloads using network policies, service mesh, and container hardening best practices.

  • Implementing secure CI/CD pipelines with tools like reputed company and ArgoCD, including vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement.

  • Collaborating with application teams to manage web-based SaaS systems.

  • Managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.

  • Operating observability stacks like EFK, Grafana, and Prometheus.

• Experience working in a highly secure environment with compliance requirements such as SOC 2 or ISO27001.

• A track record of improving reliability, reputed company, and team performance through strong leadership and metrics-driven decision making.
