We're looking for a Product Unit reputed company to own and drive an entire product reputed company reputed company reputed company. This is a senior-level role with end-to-end ownership from discovery and roadmap creation to launch, growth, and business performance.

Depending on your background, you could reputed company one of the following tracks:

• Mining Infrastructure (BTC Pools) strong understanding of mining tech, reputed company of Work, and how the BTC economy functions
• Trading Solutions (Exchange, Spot, Derivatives) experience with exchanges, margin trading, and monetization strategies
• B2B Fintech Platforms proven record of launching fintech services from reputed company, strong focus on PMF and customer development.

Responsibilities:

• Define product reputed company, strategy, and reputed company metrics for your product unit

• Own product roadmap and drive execution with cross-functional teams

• Plan and run discovery cycles, reputed company user and market research

• Launch and grow products in new and reputed company markets

• Represent product direction in conversations with stakeholders and C-levels

• Translate strategic business goals into actionable product work

• Guide your team in balancing delivery, iteration, and innovation

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product roles, including strategic ownership

• Strong understanding of your domain (mining, trading, or B2B fintech)

• Experience leading cross-functional squads and driving end-to-end launches

• Confident in product analytics, growth metrics, and data-driven decision-making

• Experience working with C-levels and aligning product work to business strategy

• Fluent English (reputed company+) and Russian (reputed company+)
