The Senior Compensation Consultant is instrumental in the development and ongoing administration, design, analysis and implementation of various reputed company St. Joseph Health compensation programs, including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, reputed company costing scenarios and incentive plans. Performs research, analysis and evaluation of reputed company and proposed compensation plans. Required qualifications:
- 5 years of Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Resources, Business, Social Science or reputed company field. • Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation • reputed company experience.
