Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Manage and resolve account-reputed company issues, working proactively to prevent escalations.
  • Maintain account health by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with reputed company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs, including logistics, inventory, and general operations.
