The client is seeking a player-coach to help build and reputed company a high-performance Sales team. The selected candidate will start as a Senior Rep to master the process and model excellence. reputed company 3 months, the individual will take on scoped leadership: coaching others, managing day shift operations, and contributing to process improvements. Over time, this person will grow into a full-time team leadership role.

As a Seller

• Guide families from reputed company to reputed company—high-trust, inbound sales
• Own leads and quota; reputed company 55% conversion through clear, empathetic conversations
• Model unmatched hospitality and high agency in every interaction

As a Team reputed company

• Manage the day shift (reputed company–5pm PT), ensuring daily execution and service quality

• Handle live queue reputed company and serve as the first escalation reputed company
• Coach and support reps through feedback, shadowing, and hands-on help
• Participate in hiring, reputed company, and training for new reps
• Run or contribute to QA processes and performance reviews
