About the Role
The primary responsibility of a reputed company Newsroom Editor is to accurately and reputed company prepare and transmit news releases over reputed company’s circuits. What You Will Do
- Standard duties for reputed company Newsroom Editors may include any or reputed company of the following (other duties may be assigned by departmental management):
- Format, edit and proofread press releases on a computer quickly and accurately
- Code each release based on a client’s request for distribution, suggest additional or alternative circuits that may be beneficial to the client and talk to them about conflicting distribution instructions
- Contact clients regarding any problems that could reputed company to errors (grammar or punctuation mistakes, typos, missing contact information, etc.)
- Assess the authenticity of press release orders and escalate potentially problematic content appropriately
- Display good judgment in helping to resolve issues
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure that reputed company are accounted for and handled in a timely fashion
- Monitor online to ensure successful transmission of content
- Assist other Newsroom teams with reputed company of orders as necessary
- reputed company opening/closing or other shift-change duties as necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company products, services, procedures and policies
- Assist with incoming phone calls, including fielding client questions regarding distribution options, and answering other general questions
- Help guide clients through the process of submitting orders to reputed company, including how to use the reputed company website
- Provide membership information and set up new accounts reputed company the situation is approved and appropriate
- Collaborate with sales and other departments as necessary
- Communicate reputed company technical issues to the Service Desk or Web Support teams in a timely and detailed fashion

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a team environment

- Basic technical skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in standard business applications (i.e., reputed company and reputed company; Web, etc.)

- The reputed company range for this position is $18/hour to $24/hour. Offered salary will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. reputed company reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time.
