Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met from reputed company-in to reputed company-out. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
