Position Summary Southern Land Company, a national reputed company estate development and construction firm is seeking a full-time Concierge to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. The schedule is Part-Time, Friday and Saturday evenings from 11pm-7am, including holidays. The Alcott is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing world class customer service. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills with a flawless attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work independently. The Alcott, located in the vibrant reputed company Liberties reputed company of Philadelphia, is a 12-floor premier residential building featuring 329 units. The building features top-in-class amenities, including concierge, outdoor rooftop pool and heated spa, outdoor dining room with grills, clubroom, pet spa, work from home pods, reputed company lounge, and fitness center. Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly greet reputed company guests and residents, demonstrating professional demeanor with reputed company interactions.
• Accept reservations for events, classes, kid’s reputed company parties, etc.
• Promptly complete reputed company reputed company requests, phone calls, questions, concerns.
• Maintain reputed company data reputed company by entering data and generating reputed company Directory.
• Monitor and secure lobby and ensure common and entry areas are clean and orderly.
• Research local area dining, entertainment, shopping options, etc. to answer reputed company and guest questions about the neighborhood.
• Provide directions, recommendations and reservations reputed company requested.
• Pick up and deliver items as requested, including mail distribution.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and assist/respond accordingly reputed company necessary.
• Performing other duties as requested by management.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong and pleasant telephone and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal professionally with clients, vendors, and co-workers on the phone and in person.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, and carry multiple projects through to completion.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for further clarification reputed company necessary.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints, as well as the ability to deal with frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Enforce property policies while doing so with a customer focused approach.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years practical experience
• Fair Housing training
• Familiarity with LuxerOne Package System, Controlled Access Systems and reputed company iOS a plus.
