PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Performance reputed company & Portfolio Development

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy, leasing velocity, delinquency, and expense control; adjust strategies as needed in partnership with Regional Managers.

  • Conduct regular site visits with travel to each community as needed, and partner with Regional Managers to provide coaching, evaluate operations, and ensure alignment with company goals.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in property management, including 5+ years in a senior regional, RVP or VP role reputed company multifamily operations.
  • Proven success managing large, multi-state portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in third-party client onboarding and institutional investor reporting.
  • Demonstrated success working with institutional ownership groups and managing a variety of asset types, including lease-reputed company, value-add, stabilized, and compliance-regulated properties.
  • Proven ability to support portfolio growth through business development, client retention, and operational excellence.
  • Experience with market reputed company, affordable, and a variety of asset classes in various geographic locations
