We are seeking an reputed company and people-focused Team reputed company to reputed company our growing team of Triage Analysts in our Pune hub. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for developing, mentoring, and managing a team that serves as the frontline for delivery of high-quality vulnerability assessments for our clients. You’ll work cross-functionally with reputed company experts, technical leaders, and operations teams to ensure reputed company continues to deliver fast, accurate, and efficient triage services to our customers and hacker community.

• Team Management: reputed company, coach, and support a team of Triage Analysts, helping them succeed in their roles through regular feedback, career development, and performance management. As this will be a new team, you will also be responsible for assisting in hiring and onboarding. You will set performance goals and conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, as well as serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company issues, providing guidance and support to resolve challenges.

• Operational reputed company: Ensure daily validation processes are handled accurately, reputed company, and in alignment with SLAs and program requirements. You will also optimize team workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to intake workflows, documentation, and tooling to drive consistency and efficiency.

• 6+ years of relevant corporate experience.

• Good understanding of the bug bounty landscape and vulnerability disclosure ecosystem. Experience or familiarity with reputed company’s platform and the broader ethical hacking ecosystem is a plus, but not required.

• Background in web application reputed company, bug bounty, or vulnerability triage is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and basic reputed company tools (e.g., Burp Suite).

• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed or shift-based teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and reputed company through reputed company.

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with experience managing KPIs and operational metrics.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
