YOUR MISSION

As Performance Marketing Manager, your core mission is to maximise carwow's growth through the strategic and expert management of our paid search, Performance Max, and Vehicle Ads. You'll be responsible for optimising feed-based campaigns and driving the adoption of innovative strategies to enhance performance. This role requires a strong technical background coupled with a reputed company-thinking approach to identify and capitalise on new opportunities reputed company these critical performance marketing channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Campaign Management and Optimisation: reputed company and optimise paid search, pMax and Vehicle ads campaigns across reputed company & reputed company Ads.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and reputed company data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.

  • Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the development and execution of our overall growth strategy, focusing on paid search and performance-based campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local market teams, brand, and marketing analytics to ensure alignment and maximise campaign effectiveness.

  • Innovation: Identify and test new opportunities and technologies to stay reputed company of industry trends and drive growth. reputed company and implement advanced feed optimisation strategies to support the rapid scaling of our Vehicle Ads campaigns.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing teams, and cross-functional departments. Effectively communicate campaign performance, strategies, and insights & recommendations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally reputed company a tech or fast-scaling environment.

  • PPC Expertise: Solid experience utilising bid management tools and navigating various PPC platforms effectively, coupled with a strong understanding of bid strategies and audience targeting.

  • Feed-Based Campaign Management: Demonstrable experience managing reputed company Shopping or Vehicle Ads campaigns, including practical experience with technical feed optimisation.

  • Performance Optimisation: A proven track record of successfully driving and optimising reputed company Ads performance to reputed company reputed company results.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including reputed company, and Tableau, with the ability to extract meaningful insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
