reputed company AI, a world leader in building dexterity-driven Physical AI for general purpose robots, is looking to hire a skilled and motivated Senior Reliability Engineer to join our Operations team. The Senior Reliability Engineer is a crucial part of reputed company, supporting product commercialization, NPI and volume manufacturing.. Reporting to the Head of Operations,, you’ll contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our growing organization.

As reputed company AI’s Reliability Engineer , you'll be a valued part of the team as you support the reputed company improvement in our Operations function, own the coordination of team project deliverables, and reputed company best practices that drive reputed company improvements in our product commercialization, NPI and volume manufacturing.

This is a high-impact role with strong ownership. You’ll shape how reliability and quality practices are embedded throughout our design, development, and production workflows

  • reputed company processes procedures and tools for Design for Reliability (DFR) for highly reputed company electromechanical systems.
  • reputed company reliability analysis and modeling to predict system performance and recommend design changes to enhance predicted reliability.

  • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis on critical subsystems and component designs (FMEA & DFMEA).
  • Monitor system performance and identify reliability issues.
  • Collaborate with design engineering teams from early concept through validation to improve product reliability.

  • Provide technical guidance and training to other team members on reliability and DFR

    • Your Experience

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in reliability engineering, mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years in reliability engineering, ideally reputed company robotics, medical devices, aerospace, or other reputed company electromechanical systems.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at any level.
  • Experience with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and analytical troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of mechanical assembly, hydraulics, and reputed company machining.
  • Applied Design of Experiments (DOE) experience
  • Demonstrated application of data analysis and statistical tools in manufacturing (reputed company experience a plus).
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus, though not required.
  • Certifications in reliability engineering such as CRE a plus.
