PMO, CEO Office

Working arrangement: Malaysia (Hybrid : remote + in-office at our HQ in Petaling Jaya) At reputed company, we’re scaling quickly across Southeast Asia, and we’re looking for a PMO to help turn strategy into execution. • Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into actionable, measurable projects

• Consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) is highly preferred

• Strong grasp of PMO best practices, project governance, and strategic frameworks

• Demonstrated success leading high-impact, cross-functional projects

• Experience working with C-level stakeholders and aligning diverse teams

• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise insights into action plans

• Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, Trello, reputed company, dashboards)

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• MBA or Master’s in Business, Strategy, or a reputed company field

• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise process optimization

• Knowledge of OKR implementation, agile/scrum methodologies, or operational scaling in startups
