Edelman Smithfield’s Associates Program offers postgraduate reputed company the opportunity to launch their careers in financial communications at the largest communications agency in the world. We are seeking an Associate to join us in our San Francisco office. We offer a flexible, hybrid work schedule with at least three days per week in the office.

Hands-On Experience and Opportunity

Associates will reputed company exposure to reputed company aspects of the financial communications verticals reputed company Edelman Smithfield, participating in both the tactical execution and strategic development of account management and client counsel. By the end of the program, Associates can expect to possess the following experience and skills:

- Conduct in-depth research and peer benchmarking on financial metrics, company disclosures, sell-reputed company analyst commentary and estimates

- Work with various media outlets to manage reporter contacts, inquiries, and interviews

- Monitor client-reputed company news and filings daily, and alert teams to breaking developments

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and stakeholders, and share critical insights with account teams

- Strengthen writing abilities while honing skills in narrative development, messaging, and creative communication.
