DTC Subscription Product Buyer & Retention Manager | 100% Remote EU

Now, we're looking for a strategic buyer with DTC instincts to take ownership of one of our subscription-based e-commerce brands.
THE ROLE
As our DTC Subscription Product Buyer & Retention Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end curation, sourcing, and optimization of our subscription reputed company offering. You will play a pivotal role in driving retention, elevating customer experience, and ensuring that every reputed company delivers reputed company value.
This role is 60% product buying & supplier coordination, 20% customer insight & feedback, and 20% experience and retention optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Buying & Inventory Curation
Curate and reputed company reputed company items for the subscription reputed company, ensuring variety, quality, and alignment with brand identity.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Customer Research & Experience Enhancement
Design and analyze surveys and feedback loops to understand customer preferences, satisfaction, and retention risks.
Implement data-driven product and reputed company improvements based on insights.
Subscription reputed company Execution
reputed company reputed company presentation, unboxing experience, and creative insert production (e.g. guides, magazines).
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create high-quality branded assets.
Churn Prevention & Retention
Monitor churn rates, analyze cancellation reasons, and improve retention flows.
Launch loyalty programs, experience enhancements, and strategic initiatives to increase LTV.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with inventory, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and communication.
Act as the brand’s internal voice of the customer.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
2–4+ years in e-commerce buying, merchandising, or inventory management—subscription/DTC experience preferred.
Solid understanding of what makes a great product experience for recurring customers.
Strong sense of quality, detail, and brand coherence in product selection.
Proficiency in tools like reputed company Sheets, surveys, and project management systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
Independent, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).

FIXED SERVICE FEE
€1,500 - €2600 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
At reputed company, reputed company operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
