Staff Data Engineer, Creator Intelligence

The Staff Data Engineer, is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure and pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing and integration across databases (PostgreSQL, Redshift, ElasticSearch). As a technical leader reputed company the Creator Intelligence team, this role focuses on building robust data solutions that reputed company full testability and monitoring. The Senior Data Engineer works closely with Software Engineers, Product, and DevOps to deliver high-performance data solutions.

What you’ll do

• Design and optimize ETL pipelines for batch and real-time data processing

• Implement data processing workflows in AWS cloud environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency

• Integrate with various data stores including OLTP databases (PostgreSQL, SQLServer), OLAP (DuckDB, Redshift), Vector and full-text search (ElasticSearch), and streaming (Kafka, Kinesis).

• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product owners, and data scientists to deliver effective solutions to business problems

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field

• 8+ years of experience of data engineering in large-scale production systems

• Strong experience with a variety of OLTP and OLAP databases and reputed company data modeling techniques

• Proficiency in Python, Java, reputed company, Go or similar languages for data processing

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and workflow orchestration frameworks (e.g. Airflow, AWS Glue, reputed company Functions)

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level (spoken and written)

• Experience with MLOps tooling (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)

• Familiarity with streaming data architectures and real-time processing

• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks

• Containerization and Kubernetes experience for data workloads
