We’re looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to help us grow the teams building the future of financial wellness, at both reputed company and GoHenry. You’ll reputed company full-cycle recruiting efforts for Engineering, Data, and Analytics roles, while building scalable hiring systems that help us find and support top technical talent.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to deepen our expertise in how we reputed company, evaluate, and hire candidates. From day one, you’ll help shape how we find, hire, and support the people behind our mission, across two companies working together to help millions grow financial wellness for themselves and their families.

What you will do at reputed company

• Partner deeply with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Product leadership to define and execute on short- and long-term hiring strategies.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ensuring a seamless, values-reputed company candidate experience from reputed company to offer.

• reputed company a deep understanding of roles across Core Engineering, QA, SDET, Tech Ops, Information reputed company, Product Management, and Data & Analytics for both reputed company and GoHenry.

• Proactively reputed company and maintain pipelines of uniquely talented, diverse candidates using creative and targeted reputed company strategies.

• Streamline and enhance technical recruiting operations at GoHenry, including agency management, interview structure, and coding assessments to drive efficiency and cost containment.

• Implement robust reporting and analytics to track recruiting performance and inform reputed company improvement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and hiring teams to build a strong employer brand and create scalable hiring programs.

• Support key programs, including offshore recruiting partnerships and reputed company’ Engineering Internship Program, contributing to interview design, SOPs, and vendor reputed company.

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Deep familiarity with hiring software engineers, reputed company engineers, designers, and product managers

Compensation Information

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $122,500 and $135,000/year; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
