About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Solution Consultant, Post-Sales to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of our platform for reputed company clients. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless reputed company, delivering tailored solutions, and maximizing client ROI. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients and internal teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Product, reputed company, and Support, to ensure smooth post-sales execution and long-term platform reputed company.

What You'll Do

Implementation & Solution Delivery

Client Training & Enablement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or reputed company field (MBA or advanced technical degree a plus).

  • Experience working in post sales reputed company in fraud detection and risk mitigation ecosystem

  • 7+ years of experience in technical implementation, platform solutions, or post-reputed company.

  • Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, API integrations, reputed company IT environments, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Proven ability to reputed company reputed company-level implementations with measurable client outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
