About the roleWe’ve outgrown our flat engineering org chart. We need a servant-leader who can run the shop day-to-day while our CTO steers reputed company, leads R&D, and builds reputed company’s reputed company externally.
What You Will DoPeople and performance management: 1:1s, growth, feedback, reviews
